Taylor Search Group has been engaged in a confidential search to identify a collaborative executive that will guide the strategic initiatives of their divisions.

This Billion +/- bank is on a strong growth trajectory, profitable and well capitalized.

As a member of the Executive team, you will work in collaboration with your peers to further the banks goals.

Each of your divisions have strong leadership, you will be the strategic glue that drives success and progress.

Some of your area's of oversight will be:

Operations
Technology
Marketing, Online, Mobile and other media
Cash Managment programs
Compliance/BSA will also report to you.

Each of these has a strong Manager in place, so you will be able to build cross functional relationships.

This will ensure you have buy in on ensuring your and the priorities align with the bank and your vision.

Compliance Officer / Manager

Taylor Search Group has been selected to identify and qualify a talented Compliance Officer/Manager who will oversee and manage the Compliance Department.

This position has strong Sr. Executive support! That is critical to implement and maintain a viable business forward compliance environment.

We have worked with this organization's leadership for close to 15 years now and understand how much value their culture brings to the organization and the professionals who work there.

This is a high performing bank, and you will have exposure to the C-suite and ideally work out of the same office as the CEO & CBO.

The CEO and leadership of the bank are high energy, deliver to clients, staff and other stakeholders. This is a synergistic organization that you will want to be part of!

Their leadership style is leadership..... you would think this is obvious, however to many "Managers" are not leaders and think manage is to micro, that is definitely not the case here.

You would be interacting and partnering across business lines to ensure compliance while they are doing their business.
Your style should be to work collaboratively with the Line of Business and your other risk partners.
You will have oversight of all of compliance, with an eye to constantly enhancing and evolving the group to meet the needs of an Intermediate size regulatory environment.
You and your team will impact all critical areas of the bank, working closely with the Chief Risk Officer and the business line leadership.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years of compliance experience, your CRCM (nice to have but not required) as well as exposure to Mortgage Banking.
