Director of Commercial Real Estate

Taylor Search group has been engaged to identify a proven Director of CRE for a strong, well respected west coast Community Bank.

You will be responsible for the CRE program including strategic planning, execution of the plan as well as results. Reporting directly to the President.

Director of Commercial Real Estate

You will be responsible for the CRE Program.

· Balance sheet responsibility and oversight

· CRE Loan Originations

· Portfolio management and related operations and deposit gathering

As part of Senior Management you will interact regularly with Executive Mgmt. on the CRE program

· Responsible for strategic planning, development and execution of the CRE marketing initiatives

· Hire, build and mentor you RM teams

· Accountable for CRE lending and deposit goals

· Oversight of the banks CRE portfolio performance and risk

Be the face of the bank’s CRE program

Management and leadership experience including establishing and maintaining goals to meet bank’s profit and growth target.

You will have responsibility for construction, Bridge and permanent financing as it relates to commercial, multi-family and single family.
